1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an okganes account, accessing any game, making a deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the okganes Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You are accessing the Platform on a voluntary basis for lawful entertainment purposes only;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party without their express written authorization; and
• All information you provide to okganes is accurate, current, and complete.

okganes reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active okganes account, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players);
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of okganes or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not have a previously suspended or permanently banned okganes account;
• Not be acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

okganes reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended immediately and any balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered okganes account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number or valid email address, date of birth, and such other information as okganes may request from time to time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify okganes immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. okganes will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okganes reserves the right to treat any activity conducted under your account as having been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified us of a security compromise in accordance with this section.

3.3 Account Currency

All okganes accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or game winnings. Your displayed balance at all times reflects Philippine Peso values.

4 KYC Verification & Identity

okganes is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

4.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit any combination of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID, Postal ID);
• A clear live selfie photograph taken at the time of submission;
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months);

4.2 Verification Timeline

okganes aims to process KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days. In cases where additional documentation is required, you will be notified via the contact information on your account. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

All documents submitted must be authentic, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

okganes currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):

• GCash and Maya (PayMaya) — e-wallet transfers;
• QR Ph — standardized QR payment via participating Philippine banks;
• GrabPay — e-wallet transfers;
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank;
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ — over-the-counter cash deposits; and
• Cryptocurrency — USDT TRC20 only.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya typically credit to your okganes wallet within seconds of a successful transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are subject to the processing schedules of the respective payment provider. okganes does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. okganes reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within your okganes wallet interface. okganes reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month.

5.5 Unclaimed Balances

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. okganes reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the Platform at the time dormancy is declared. You will be notified prior to any deductions being applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okganes offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible game categories will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered okganes accounts only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. okganes reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused, including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or bonus arbitrage strategies.

6.3 Bonus Terms Precedence

In the event of a conflict between a promotion's individual terms and this Agreement, the individual promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that specific promotion only. All other aspects of this Agreement shall remain in full force.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the okganes platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and the outcome of a game round, the result determined by the certified random number generator ("RNG") or the certified live dealer outcome shall be final and binding.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction during gameplay, okganes will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct interrupted game sessions using server-side logs. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, the bet amount will be credited back to the player's account. okganes is not liable for any losses alleged to have been caused by connectivity issues on the player's end, including but not limited to mobile data interruptions, power failures, or browser crashes.

7.3 Suspicious Activity

okganes employs real-time fraud detection systems. Any account identified as engaging in suspicious gameplay patterns, including but not limited to the use of automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, RNG prediction systems, or collusion with other players or dealers, will be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings generated through the use of prohibited methods are subject to forfeiture.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okganes platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Registering more than one (1) account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment documentation;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from known or suspected exploits must be reported and will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okganes staff or other players through any communication channel; and
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification requirements.

9 Responsible Gaming

okganes is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that while the vast majority of players engage with our Platform for entertainment without issue, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling habits. okganes provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings after logging in:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits — cap your maximum losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okganes platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, software, text, graphics, user interface elements, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of okganes or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okganes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okganes, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from account misuse, unauthorized access, or player error;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Technical failures outside of okganes' reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment processor disruptions;
• Any decision made by okganes in good faith in accordance with these Terms regarding bonus eligibility, account suspension, or withdrawal processing; and
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling.

Nothing in this section shall limit okganes' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by okganes

okganes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. During any investigation period, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your okganes account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the okganes Platform, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. okganes will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within ten (10) business days of receiving a complete complaint submission.

13.2 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Game Result Disputes

All game results generated by certified RNG software or live dealer outcomes are final. okganes will review game result disputes only where there is a demonstrable technical error on the Platform's side, as evidenced by server-side logs. Disputes based solely on player dissatisfaction with an outcome will not be upheld.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okganes reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, okganes will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or via direct communication to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the okganes Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an account closure request in accordance with Section 12.2.
